Get Rapid Refresh Answers

Retrieves all rapid refresh slide answers from users in your organization.

Returns user activity from Rapid Refresh quizzes, including submitted answers, time spent per question, selected options, and scoring.

Scoring reflects how much each question contributes to the total score, which is useful for weighted assessments or partial scoring models.
