Training analytics endpoints are useful when building dashboards, generating reports, or monitoring training performance across users and groups.

These endpoints do not return live data. Results are sourced from the analytics data warehouse, which refreshes every 30 minutes to 2 hours.

High request volumes can cause queries to queue, increasing API runtime until it exceeds the timeout threshold. This may result in failed requests but does not affect the refresh interval. If timeouts occur frequently, contact our support team with request IDs and timestamps.
