Sets the value of a user's user field.
To set a custom user field, you need to know the fieldId of the custom user field you want to set. To get a user field's fieldId, use the List User Fields endpoint.
To create a new field, use the Create Field endpoint.
This endpoint requires the "Platform management: Users" permission.
