Returns a list of authorization rules for the schedule.
Returns the access control list for a schedule, which shows the users and groups who have permissions to view or manage the schedule.
Users with the "Schedules: Manage" permission have full access to all schedules and don't require access grants. They won't appear as an explicit entry in this list.
Use the schedule ID from Create a schedule or Get a schedule.
