List schedule targets

GET /scheduling/v1/schedule_targets/{schedule_id}

A new endpoint is available to list the sites or assets a schedule applies to, along with the recurrence pattern for each.

Developer impact: You can now retrieve the full, paginated list of targets for a schedule via the API.
